What are you guys using??

Beck/Arnley MB7-HF

This is the only thing I can find locally without paying BMW ridiculous $$

You can search in MX stores for Magura Mineral Clutch Oil.
They have two versions MAGURA Blood or MAGURA Royal Blood oil. Royal blood is blue and it should be same product BMW sells in their package.

I presume any clutch mineral oil will do, Motorex and Castrol also have their products.

One you've found is designed to be used in "in central hydraulically supported lever control, power steering, and shock absorbers."
Also they state "MB7 HF is mainly used in power steering systems of passenger cars before the 1980’s and 1990’s. Due to its special formulation, it must not be mixed with the fully synthetic hydraulic fluid used in later year vehicles."

It might be ok but I would try to find some alternative.
