Generally, when you replace the OEM header/cat system, you get more high end power as the engine can breath better at higher rpm. The dyno charts I have seen from and Remus systems show a loss of low end power until you hit ~3700rpm. You may have to install a air/fuel controller to really take advantage of the system, and not run it too lean. In my opinion, the HP2 has plenty of power. I'm more interested in the lower weight of the aftermarket exhaust systems - and their good looks.

Thanks for the answers. I have been searching in advrider, but I was unable to find the info of the dyno of the akrapovic system. Would you have a link?

Hi there,

I have the Akra from HPN on my HP2.
Absolutely agree with Richard it's worth every penny and there is a big difference.
Furthermore the aspect to have 4,5 KG less on board.

In connection with Rapid Bike you will get
130 Nm at 5400 RPM.
My recommendation - MTEC near Muenich.

Now it's on the bike. Beautifull system with great sound. Perhaps a little bit too loud. Does anybody knows what the loss of power/torque is with the db killer on?Do you, guys, use the db killer?

Since I have installed the Akra system, the engine shows some power cut during the accelerations. Does anybody has an idea?
